Summary

This session explores the intersection of creative media and urban climate science, demonstrating how storytelling can localize global sustainability goals.​By leveraging visual narratives and digital art, the project translates technical research into relatable, community-centered content that inspires collective action. We will present a case study on localizing climate narratives, followed by a discussion on how these creative outputs can be scaled across the UNESCO Creative Cities Network to influence urban policy and mindset.Participants will gain insights into co-creating narratives with local stakeholders to ensure cultural vitality and community resilience.
